Design and Special Inspections for 65,000 s.f. six-story condominiums with ground floor parking. Structural system is composite structural steel framing and wood roof trusses. Lateral stability is provided with concentrically braced frames. The foundation consists of spread footings bearing on a sand layer compacted with dynamic compaction.
